You may return or exchange new or unopened merchandise within 7days from the date you received the
merchandise. If Banzai Living has shipped you wrong merchandise, damaged or defective merchandise,
we will exchange the product at our cost. Otherwise, please read the following for more detail:
- Simply return it to us within 7 Days with your receipt, and we will credit you for the entire amount minus
the shipping charges.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items.
- If your item is damaged when you received it, please contact our customer service department within 7
days, from the day you received the merchandise. Otherwise your request may not be
accepted after 8days of the day you received the merchandise.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns from free shipping orders are subject to shipping
fee deductions.
- Items must be in original condition and all packaging must be included.
- Items that have been used or damaged in any way after they have been received, cannot be
returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- No refunds are offered for items, unless there is a manufacturing error.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or
exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package
your product carefully when shipping it back to us. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking
and/or insurance in case of loss or damage.
To return, please follow these steps:
1) Contact us for a Return Authorization # via e-mail at
customerservice@BanzaiLiving.com.
2) Place items in the original packaging.
3) Include current contact information, a copy of the invoice with your Return Authorization #, and
instructions detailing the reason for return.
4) Write the Return Authorization # on the label or package.
5) Send the return back to us at:
